Ordering Information

The TNC151 Emulator is an amateur written program which I have developed for use at our workshop for writing and proving out Heidenhain format programs. It was originally conceived in 1998 and has been developed since that time. I should make it clear that it is not a professional application and while I have taken great care to check it will work correctly all programmes should be checked carefully before running on a machine. The test run and graphics do not support all the functions such as cutter radius compensation, RND between circular moves, or Geometry milling cycles 6, 14, 15, and 16. All Blocks natural to the TNC151 should be able to be read from a text file, edited and saved as a text file. Programmes written on the TNC Emulator should work on later controls but this is not guaranteed, I have experienced no problems in this area so far. Programs written on later controls can be read into the TNC Emulator but they must have a program number, not name. Unknown blocks will throw up an error message to check they have been read correctly. You can experiment with this on the demo version.

The full (unlocked) Version is identical to the demo version (less any bug fixes) with the exception that programs can be saved as text files and printed, there are no other extra functions or help files.

Since I have made the TNC Emulator available on the web as a demo version I have had many enquires about obtaining a full version, therefore I am making it available at a cost of £50.00 (UK)

The program is sold on a sold as seen basis and is not guaranteed. Al programmes should be thoroughly checked before running on a machine. I am not responsible in any way for damage or injury arising from its use.

To unlock your version you will require an unlock code. Please email me for an application form and payment details.
